What a coincidence: Gino Khoueirys new restaurant Ginos Gourmet Cuisine opened on Friday 21st November, day of the Beirut Alumni reunion.
The restaurant is located in the fashionable up-scale area of Achrafieh, downtown Beirut. Gino and his family bought prime real estate and built the restaurant on two levels, a large terrace and the kitchen on the 3rd floor. It has 140 seats with a full menu including paninis, sandwiches, charcuterie for a snack in the morning or afternoon while lunch and dinner includes as well pasta and main courses with high quality grilled meats and local fish: trendy fusion cuisine with a wine-list highlighting Beekah Valley better wines: the Lebanese guests love it!
Gino employs 45 staff and can count on classmate Roy Sinanian to second him. His other restaurant in Broumana, Copas is doing extremely well, the only Mexican food themed restaurant in the area with a club and great Margaritas and other cocktails. As a true entrepreneur, Gino is taking over a night club, The Igloo, set to open on 6th December in the famous ski resort of Faraya, no doubt yet another great venture. Success from his internship at the President Wilson to the management training in Miami and now his businesses in Lebanon, Gino makes it happen!
