Alumni Reunion in Lebanon, 2 January 2008
Welcome home Fellows!
The Alumni Chapter in Lebanon took advantage of the festive season to organize a gathering as many graduates returned home from the four corners of the world.
The event took place in Broumana and was sponsored by COPAS, which is owned by Gino Khoueiry. Everyone came along and brought many memories to the table. It was a fantastic evening full of stories about old times in Switzerland.
There were delicious dips and tapas not forgetting the tequila shots that added a special touch to the night!
So who was there and what are they doing!
- Dany Moughabghab is now the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Choueiry Group in Dubai
- Pierre Abi Nader recently moved down to Dubai to take up a great opportunity as Operations Manager for Intercat, a leading catering company in the UAE and the Middle East. Pierre also surprised us with the news of his engagement!
- Tony Pierre Aoun is Investment Manager for AM Financials in Beirut
- Chadi Zakhour is doing well in Qatar and came home to get engaged as well
- Roy Sinanian is part of the COPAS management team with Gino Khoueiry who is opening several new night life businesses
- Kamal Kaddoura has moved to Dubai and holds the position of Market Intelligence Analyst at Jones Lang Lasalle, a hospitality consultancy
- Roy Rageh arrived from Miami where he had been working for the SETAI hotel. He is moving to New York to be part of the opening team for the SETAI New York as Guest Relations Manager.
The gathering was another great opportunity to meet up after several years and to share news. We wish everybody the best of luck for 2008!
