Former students of Csar Ritz Colleges gathered on the roof of the famous Bay View Hotel in central Beirut in February to admire the fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea while catching up with news and gossip from friends and colleagues.
Maya El Mir and Philippe Abou Jaoude, President and Vice-President of the Lebanese Chapter, organized the get together at the Bay View Hotels impressive open air bar and restaurant, The Penthouse. Its manager is Csar Ritzgraduate, Jerome Chamassian, who used to be the entertainment manager on a local cruise liner.
Musicians and comedians were on hand to take care of entertaining the guests who included Mr and Mrs Ayoub, Csar RitzRepresentatives in Lebanon. Bassem Bou Hadir was also there.
Several of the alumni had some exciting career updates to tell each other about.
Sabine Achkar is now Training Manager at Le Royal Hotel Beirut. Shes working hard and is now a candidate to be the companys Corporate Training Expert. Keep it up, Sabine!
After working in the UAE, Elie Wazan is now the Food & Beverage Manager at the prestigious Hotel Kadri in Zahlein the Bekaa Valley.
Pierre Abi Nader is the Senior Sales Executive at the Fakra Catering Company, which hosts events in Lebanon and other parts of the Middle East. Its a fast growing business offering high quality services.
Samer Abou Arab is enjoying a career in another industry entirely though one that is just as competitive. He is Sales Manager for a popular local newspaper and is responsible for the northern part of the country.
