The story began back in 1994 when my son, Marwan, realized he was the only student from Lebanon attending the Institut Hôtelier “César Ritz” in Le Bouveret. Thats when he went to Mr Kisseleff to suggest that the school tries to recruit in Lebanon itself.
At that time, Lebanon was struggling to get back on its feet after the civil war but Mr Kisseleff decided to take the risk and launch a recruitment drive in the country. He, Mr Hervé Fournier and Marwan visited Lebanon together and the trip was a great success
